ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

For purchases made on SMITHAVE.COM:

We are happy to accept returns & exchanges for full price items orders placed within 7 days of order delivery. 

MERCHANDISE
The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.  No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale merchandise.

SHOES
When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoebox in original condition (ex. no toe/wear creases, water stains or sole marks) or the return will be denied. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.  No returns on sale merchandise unless there is a product defect.  Exchanges are accepted for qualifying footwear on sale, for a size exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines, books or apothecary items. All sales are final on pre-sale and sale items. No further price adjustments will be made on sale merchandise.

To return merchandise, email us at ORDERS@SMITHAVE.COM for return authorization. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. SMITH AVE. does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to SMITH AVE.

 

TAX
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within North Carolina at the local tax rate.

SECURITY
All orders submitted to SMITH AVE. are encrypted with 256 bit SSL security to ensure your transactions are processed safely.

PRIVACY
We love our privacy, so we will respect and protect yours. SMITH AVE. will not sell, share your name or personal information.

PRICE ERROR
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the event that an item is listed incorrectly, SMITH AVE. reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the item again with the correct information. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
SMITH AVE. does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on SMITHAVE.COM. If the item selected for purchase is not available, SMITH AVE. will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation. 

Please note that upon placing an order, A receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that SMITH AVE. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order was canceled, SMITH AVE. shall issue a credit to your credit card account the full amount of the purchase.
